Our Guiding Principles
Our Guiding Principles are a touchstone for everything we do. They help shape our behaviour and how we interact with our customers and colleagues alike. Everyone respects them and they continuously help us to ‘Succeed by delivering a better experience’.
To Make A
We put safety above all else, and want everyone to go home safe.
Always Safety First
We promote an Always Safety First culture within Inviron and are committed to demonstrating best practice 24/7 from leadership through to our front line teams. Our approach to safety aspires to reduce risks, protect both our people and customers and advocate wellbeing, whilst in a sustainable manner.
We understand that the reassurance of a certified and approved partner is key. Which is why we have comprehensive quality and health, safety and environmental policies, coupled with both industry standard accreditations and awards, so you are in good hands.
We know you want the reassurance of a partner that’s certified and approved. We have comprehensive quality and health, safety and environmental policies, with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations, so you are in good hands.
We provide a seamless service to remove the noise so that you can focus on your core business activities.
Everything works perfectly, but when something needs repairing or updating, you need a partner you can trust to understand your challenges and work fast to fix them. We understand when a data centre has an issue that emergency services and other critical infrastructures are at risk. Also, a faulty TV in a care home isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a major disruption to a mental health unit and your residents. Broken heating in a school isn’t just a matter of comfort, it means children missing out on education through classroom closure.
Our work begins and ends with people. People that are empowered to make a difference. Our professional, reliable teams are committed to delivering service excellence to our customers.
Corporate Social Responsibility
We are totally committed to managing the social, environmental and economic effects of our operations in a responsible and inclusive manner, whilst in line with our Guiding Principles.
Supporting our communities and safeguarding our people is key to ensuring we are paving a path for a brighter future for this and future generations.
Our CSR Model
Underpinned by our Guiding Principles, our CSR model focusses on Wellbeing, Environment and Diversity & Inclusion. We celebrate each element of the model through our calendar of events and by championing key initiatives within our business.
“We can all play our part at work, and in our home lives, in helping ensure we achieve our business goals and financial targets in a responsible and sustainable way protecting both our communities and the planet. It is the little things which we can all do that will make the big difference.”
— Noel Clancy, Managing Director, Inviron
Achieving our business goals and financial targets can only be assessed as a true success if we work in a sustainable way and protect our planet.
We are committed to achieving Net Zero Carbon, so we are always looking for ways to cut our carbon emissions. This means working with more local partners, using eco-friendly cleaning products or simply working more efficiently. We consider all ideas that could make a difference.
Our 2021 Charities
This year employees were empowered to vote for their official 2021 charities. We selected the top three charities and are proud to be supporting MIND, Macmillan and Prostate Cancer UK. We aim to raise awareness and funds for these charities through employee engagement and events.
“I joined Inviron as an Apprentice and have since fulfilled different roles such as FSM and now Contract Supervisor. I have been provided with lots of opportunities to learn new skills, personally and operationally for the business. My highlight to date was being named 2019’s Employee of The Year. It was a great achievement!”
John, Contract Supervisor, Inviron
As a service-led company, our employees are what truly allows us to make a difference. We provide equal opportunities along with training, responsibly and inclusively, to ensure career opportunities for everyone.
